I am impressed by the quality and weight (almost 3 lbs.) of the Frond Personalized 2-Line Wall Address Plaque in Dark Blue/White by Whitehall. Completion/delivery of the plaque was slow, but it was worth the wait. It comes with two #8 x 1.0 inch wall screws, so you may need to invest in longer screws. I won't be sharing a photo of the plaque as it has my home address on it, but I will share the instructions that came with it.
