This was a mixed bag. The product itself is beautiful and worth the price. However the way the customization information is structured on the order page is very confusing and even after seeking help from “chat”, ended up with a sign that was wrong. It was not the fault of the manufacturer and is traceable directly to how wayfair asks for the customization information to be input. Do that part right and you will have a fantastic looking address sign.
