I ordered this item November 3, 2024. I will NOT order from this company again. They kept placing…backordered on this item. Which I can understand the reason So I waited til Dec 2nd to try cancell order something “in stock”. I was told I could not cancel. Wayfair contacted seller and found out it had been in stock…all this time. The seller…NEVER BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME OR WAYFAIR…TO EXPLAIN THAT THE HOUSE NUMBER NEVER WENT THRU ON THE ORDER. AND THE SELLER CHOSE TO CONTINUALLY PUT…BACKORDERED FOR “A MONTH”..INSTEAD! Here I paid almost 80 bucks…I was understanding about the backorder tracking information. And to handle this purchase in this way..was totally unprofessional and down right stupid! Wayfair helped me by cancelling the order so they could turn around and replace the order making sure the house number successfully was submitted. When I ordered…it gave me no information that the house number I entered did not upload. This seller had my address they could have written me a letter…they could have contacted wayfair who had my email and phone number to contact Me. Yet seller chose to waste their time and mine by entering backordered on item that was in stock and never tried to contact anyone to explain…why the order could not be processed. I will NEVER deal with this business again.

Very well done with black background and embossed gold number. The eagle adds so much character and is very unique. I would not hesitate to recomend this beautiful address plaque to anyone!
