Out of everything I have ordered from Wayfair, the manufacturer has messed up this order after I’ve waited for as long as I had. There were typos in the plaque and they will not own up to what they’ve done. They claimed that they’ve written what they received. I know with common sense I would never have sent them anything with type of graphical errors in it. And if I had, I would think that they would have a way to make it better. They are doing absolutely nothing to accommodate my concerns. Now I’m out close to 70. I’m quite angry about this order.

Sent in pictures on first one where the name is completely not centered and was horribly done. So they kinda excepted the error and sent a new one. The second one is worst than the first. Disgusting how much you pay for it and they still can’t get it right.
