Lovely, but a bit overpriced for what it actually is. I’m a little confused by the assembly which shouldn’t be. I’ve assembled a house full of furniture before.

Classy & Looks Great. I needed something considering there was no numbering on the house or mailbox.

I'm very impressed with the address sign. It is very durable and the gold against the black looks beautiful.

The item I just received was ordered in 2024. It arrived on April 16th, 2025. I tried to cancel the order after waiting two months for it, but, Wayfair told me that I could not cancel it. Wayfair has lost my respect.
