This bench is broken, cracked pieces missing hardware and manual. I need a refund or send new item. The box is breaking apart, impossible to repack for return.

The manufacturer was amazing when I had an issue during assembly. They stood behind their product and made it right. I will be purchasing from them again. Beautiful teak bench that looks amazing on my porch.

The instruction that came with this bench are TOTALLY INADEQUATE. I fi ally found a YouTube tutorial. Nothing says you must attach the seat and the front rail before adding the 2nd side leg. Plus the dowels are WAY TOO LARGE for the predicted holes. After 4+ hours of assembling and disassembling, it is finally together. I will be cautious of ordering something like this in the future.
