We opened the box and pulled the parts out to inspect them. The back piece had some broken wicker webbing on the top corner. There is no way to hide it or repair it. It is very obvious. I think it was caused by someone dropping the box on a corner(see pic). We went ahead and assembled the chair thinking we could hide the defect. No such luck. The cushion seems to be permanently deformed from the straps for shipping. Please advise solutions that will correct these defects. Thank you.

These chairs are so perfect for my porch and I received many compliments on them. They are also very comfortable

They didn't stand up. The swivel on them is made cheap. It binds, squeaks and jams. The rest of the chair is made perfectly
