These metal tulips add a wonderful splash of spring. It’s the lovely accent of spring I was looking for.

Very pretty. Colors are nice and look like the picture. They are not 3D. Tulips are flat. Problem is the tulips keep turning around because you can’t get the screw tight enough to hold it.
