These are really great looking screens. Assembly was not difficult at all. I think, in total, it took me about 25 minutes to get both of them assembled. The longest part was laying out the planks to make sure I knew which one to use in what order. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wood has already started to shift a little bit. Not much, and thats what wood does as it expands and contracts, but it has been noticeable in a couple of spots. It hasnt effected the functionality, and i love the look of the wood, so overall, Im still very pleased.

This is a great wooden privacy screen! It’s almost a two person job to put together but I managed to do it myself. I still need to push it into the ground further, but I’m really happy with the look and the quality.

arrived very quick I actually thought this product was out of stock but lo and behold there it is. all the parts were there no missing parts and no damaged parts. now this did take me a little time to assemble but Im not the sharpest tack in the toolbox. the wood is really nice its got some structure to it I thought it might be just some kind of cheap wood but they actually did a very good job with this. I dont own a cordless drill but that would really come in handy to put them screws in the sides. I did dig out the holes cuz I had some tree roots I couldnt get through and the stakes seem very sturdy however I chose to drive some one inch bamboo poles next to the panel and secure to the bamboo post with zip ties. I did not connect the two panels together I wanted just a little gap between them, so this worked out better than I thought for stability, especially since I live in northwest Ohio and we do get some pretty brutal winters. as always the first one took me the longest but then when I got my head wrapped around it the second one went together without much effort. its a tongue and groove construction in the side panels is where you screw into the slats intermittently. they do suggest using a board to tap them in which I did not so I will have to find some new caps since I got a little anxious about getting them done (it did not harm the metal just the rubber caps). this is the perfect solution when you rent and you cant dig holes to put 4x4 posts in and it brings some class to my small little patio. the slats are stainable and paintable but I do believe this year Ill leave them just the way they are, I will mention that when I opened the box I noticed wet varnish or something on the slats but I just wore gloves and took them outdoors when I had them assembled. this is a great product and very pleased with it.
