EVERYTHING was there, even some items not shown on the instructions, but I thought I MIGHT figure out what they were and how to use them once the item was assembled. The first step was to assemble a structural box that is on the top. Imagine my surprise when the screws were too short. ONE THREAD was visible when the screw was placed through the frame. Both items had identical kits. wayfair customer service was outstanding, and they have ordered two more kits for me.
