Nothing but a problem since we started putting them together. Missing screws and washers. Then when putting second chair together the support bracket was not matched up for screws. Could not put chair together

Absolute junk, avoid. We bought six of these chairs and the instructions utterly fail to mention two connections therefore I was missing a dozen bolts that I had to go get myself. One of the chairs is missing its plastic feet and I'm on the phone now with cust.service with little hope they'll send me the missing feet I need as I am getting the runaround. I already bought bolts on my own. There is rust falling out of them, I can see where the super thin and flaking finish must have been applied OVER rust. I'd return them but the boxes are huge and I just can't deal with that nightmare. Buy cheap buy twice. AVOID THIS RUSTY GARBAGE EDIT May 19 2024 After using them two of them are literally bleeding rust all over our deck making a big mess. This was a complete waster of money and we are not happy at all. Wafair did replace two of the and unsurprisingly the replacements were just as bad as the first batch - rusty, missing hardware.

Dimensions say seat height 23”. It is more like 17”. I purchased these chairs because my husband has hip and knee problems and I have knee problems. We wanted something easier to get up out of. These are the same dimensions as the old chairs we have. Very disappointed. I will keep them because our others are old and peeling but won’t trust the dimensions given again.

Seat width and height are not accurate and as provided in description. Sure hope the weight capacity is accurate. Think they sent a cheaper brand . Seat fabric is frayed on 1 of the chairs. Would not buy anything again from Wayfair.

One of the under bars is welded onto the wirong place on the frame. As a result the chair does not sit level.
