11 MONTH UPDATE I initially gave this product 5 stars. It is still pretty comfortable to sit on, however the quality of the weather-proofing is poor and this chair is not really suitable for outdoor use, as advertised. I have had this on my back patio since day 1 and almost immediately, within the first 2 weeks, the frame started to rust. The chair holds water when it rains and it has caused the cushion to mildew and stain really bad in the center of the cushion and I have not been able to get the stain out. Also, the threads that create the tufts in the cushion started to come undone within the first week or two, so part of the cushion is no longer tufted, while the remaining portion of the cushion is still tufted, making the cushion look weird. I am hoping this falls under the warranty, because I would like a new chair or a refund! The manufacturer really needs to provide a cover that is made to fit this chair, to protect it from the elements when used outside, as it is not able to withstand being outdoors, as advertised.

The ties separated from the back of the cushion after light use. Does not hold up well. Cushion sits awkwardly on the frame even before there were problems with the ties.

Very comfy. Would highly recommend. Easy set up and ready to go quickly. Big enough for snuggles
