Cache-pot Mykal

Planter pot was as described. Very cute and what I was hoping it would be. Unfortunately, the product arrived broken. HOWEVER, I logged on and requested a replacement and called to follow up on request. Needed by a certain date and was concerned replacement might not arrive in time. The rep and talked to confirmed the replacement team/dept had already acknowledged my request and the replacement process had already been started. Product did end up arriving in time. I am VERY THANKFUL AND APPRECIATIVE for all their efforts and wanted to acknowledge how wonderful the customer service was. Thank you all!!
