Loveseat arrived quickly and damage free. Assembly was easy and took about 30 minutes. I used power tools to assemble instead of the tools provided. The bottom seat cushion is firm but comfortable. The back cushions are large. Overall, I would recommend this loveseat. It is a comfortable chair for two people.
