Very happy with chairs. They are very good quality for the price, they swivel and rock easily and the cushions are a nice color and quality. It did take two people to put these together, a little under one hour for each chair but not too difficult. The chair backs are lower than the chairs that I replaced (another review mentioned the lower back) however with the back cushion I feel enough support to be comfortable. I appreciate the smaller size of these chairs because my lanai is not large. I would not recommend if you are a larger sized person or looking for larger size furniture.

I received the item completely damaged. The sides were deformed and bent. I contacted you three times and sent photos showing the damage, but I never received a response. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the product and your customer service. The item was unusable, so I had no choice but to throw it away.

I love the chair, the look and quality is a great value. However- there were 3 screws that did not line up so it took multiple people pushing one way or another to get the chair put together. It’s also a little smaller than I expected- their dimensions are correct, it just looked bigger in the pictures

Very comfortable and exactly what I was looking for.

The chair is nice. However, one came with a defective metal frame piece where there was no hole drilled in the bottom of the piece to match the top hole where a bolt goes through. This was discovered on the final step of assembly. It’s not worth sending back so I will find someone who can drill a hole. We ordered two chairs and the second one did not have this defect.
