It’s not rattan it’s plastic. I left it in the box and am asking Mayfair to take it back without charging me for return shipping cost. We’ll see how that goes.

TERRIBLE chairs! I was most worried about the cushions but those ended up being the best part of the chair. Screw holes were misaligned with one unable to screw in all together. While trying to put it together I stripped the bolt next to it leaving the chair unable to be sat in. Customer service won’t issue a refund or replacement chair without shipping the broken one back. I cannot disassemble the chair because of the stripped bolt so they suggested I go out and buy a big moving box to return it. I’m not sure who has time for this nonsense but I certainly do not. I will not be ordering from Wayfair for their terrible customer service or from Ovios furniture for their shotty craftsmanship. Nice cushions though.
