This order was a housewarming gift, and we paid extra for the assembly to be completed on the couple’s move-in day. I confirmed with a Wayfair representative that the assembly service would contact them to coordinate the exact time. No one ever reached out. Although we were eventually able to schedule two separate assembly appointments, the service failed to show up both times. When the couple called the assembly provider for an update, they were even hung up on during one of the calls. To date, we still have not received a refund for the assembly charge. The couple ultimately assembled the furniture themselves and said the furniture itself is nice, but the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I strongly discourage paying extra for the assembly service. It was unreliable, unprofessional, and not reflective of the quality we expected.

Absolutely love these chairs! Took a little bit to put together but worth the time! Chairs are very comfortable and look great with our sectional on our deck!

This was a good deal for 2 ottomans. They match other items in collection well. I would advise having plenty of time to assemble...lots of parts to put together. Colors are as shown and cushions come vacuum packed so while delivery box seemed small, everything was there. Both are pretty and seem quite sturdy after build was finished.
