Delivery was a night mare, changed deliver date 6 times, I get it COVID has messed up transportation but really 6 date changes..... BIG HUGE ERROR.... they delivered to the wrong address..... thank goodness we have great neighbors, he delivered it back to us! Another BIG ERROR, courier says I signed for it..... can't be.... I was not at my neighbors. Package came pretty bumped up, nothing (glass) was not broken, but inside they tie up like in a bundle (I'd guess for no shifting during transport) but the string had broken part of the vinyl wicker. Decent overall product but I think pricey considering differences in description, photos and then actual delivered item. At least both sets were delivered at the same time. Another friend ordered 2 different sets and they arrived 3 days apart.

I like the patio set, it's comfortable and it seems like fairly good quality although a little smaller than we had hoped. I only gave 3 stars as we did not receive any instructions for the furniture. We received the order 4 days ago and I emailed Wayfair immediately to see if we could get instructions emailed to us (they were closed for the day already) and so far have not received a response from Wayfair. I'm disappointed with their customer service, it's usually quite good.
