Every time I order from Mayfair something is either broken or messed up. The chair came with a dirty cushion and the table on the side was broken. Save your money and order from someone else!! Their customer service is the worse I have ever delt with! Don't start a chat for an issue because it's not a human that you are talking to and they contradict what they said in a paragraph before. I spent hrs trying to get a simple issue resolved! If you have a problem with something you assembled they will make you unassemble it before you can return it. And they wanted me to pay for FedEx delivery to my house for the replacement of something that was broken when I received it!! I am Soooo frustrated I could cry!!

Chair was a little hard to together. Screws were hard to differentiate. And missing some screws. Overall chair is very nice and sturdy.

Other reviews mention the ease of assembling. I did not find the directions to be easy compared to other items I have assembled from Wayfair (and I have put together MANY pieces.) The hardware was minimal but not packaged separately and the boltsscrews used were very similar in size so you have to sort them out yourself very carefully. Once I had it together, I figured out how to lean the chair back and put the footrest up (there are no directions saying you manually have to push yourself back while engaging the lever on the side of the chair.) The cushions are a little firm to my personal liking but I’m not concerned. It looks nice and is an extra seat on our patio. The added side table is a nice feature too.

This rattan recliner came nicely packaged, is solidly built and comfortable.  The side table is very nice and will come in handy. The hardware came all packaged together with no parts identification and there are little differences in the bolt sizes.  There were no written instructions just pictures.

Was pleased the chair arrived quickly. It took me some time to put it together. The instructions were not clear in my opinion. I spend a lot of time in my garage which is screened in, I have a TV mounted out there and wanted something to sit in that I could actually relax in. This chair will do that. I can lay back with my feet up and even take a nap if I want. The cushions are a little thinner than I would like but I like the fact that the cover can be take off and washed. It is pretty comfortable and I like the side table that will pop up. It was close to a five . For the price it is well worth it.
