Instructions are lackluster but you can make it work. Took a few hours The cushions are very uncomfortable and the rocking chairs have a very long length that’s uncomfortable especially with the understuffed back cushions. While it’s a great price, we have to go get new cushions. The color is also darker than depicted and the fabric is very cheap. It really brings down the quality of the whole set. The couch is flimsy, if you sit on the front of it, it tips forward. We even screwed each screw in a little and slowly worked our way to tightening them all and it didn’t help. Some damages from shipping too. The coffee table has many dents in it that catch in the light. To be expected though since everyone is saying that there were damages in the reviews. Putting this together with the provided Allen wrench was absolutely the worst. My hands still hurt the next day. I’d recommend using your own tools. Overall, it’s cheap when on sale. Be prepared for some shipping damages and to buy new cushions. I do like the look of the wicker and the metal, though it’s not the best quality of materials. You get what you pay for.

I have had this set put together and on my new deck for about 3 weeks now. The set looks fairly attractive but I regret buying it, due to two types of complaints about this set. The first are things that I should have identified if I had paid more attention to the description and product specs and then there are 2 that are just poor quality/defects. I have submitted a support ticket on those and will update the review if the manufacturer addresses them. The cushions are of a waterproof material which makes them slippery and they tend to shift around and not stay in place, there are no ties or fasteners to hold them in place so this can be challenging especially with the rocking chair backs. The cushions are thin, particularly the back cushions. They are thinner in real life than in they look in the photos. The seats are also extremely deep so that you need a cushion behind you if you are going to sit with your feet on the floor or I will pull y legs up onto the rocking chairs but the metal arms can male it hard to find a comfortable position that way. The coffee table began rusting within a week from dew (it hadn’t even rained yet) and the holes were too large for the nuts, washers, and screws that hold the the left and right sides of the base of the sofa together so we had to but larger screws and nuts to put the sofa together.

Nice product but it was difficult to assemble as the holes did not align with every piece. All in all, it met the desired intent for look and use.

The set looks nice when assembled but the depth of the seat is so much that it’s not comfortable to sit in, especially for short people but I don’t think it would be very comfortable even for taller people. We would have returned if we had known this before assembling, but there wasn’t mention of this in any of the prior reviews so wanted to mention it in case others were looking. I am 5’0” and my husband is 5’ 7” and it isn’t functional or comfortable for either of us.

Product arrived on time. We opted install service from wayfair after the installation we noticed that the couch armrest does not touch the ground.
