Planter box would not stay together. I glued the box together. The wheels made it very unstable so I didn't use them.

The other review with the screw suggestions is spot on. You could get away with 1" length in a pinch though. Absolutely no way to put this thing together with the caster assembly option without additional hardware. Maybe if you are setting this up with casters on a perfectly flat patio (even pavers are too much) or you are setting it permanently stationary in the spot you are building it will it work out of box. It moves around like a tank over rough surfaces once you add the screws. Otherwise decent construction for the price. Put it together with all screws loose before all the panels are together. Try to use a level on the panels if you want but it is an exercise in futility getting all the layers perfect due to tolerances...whatever it's an outdoor planter. DO NOT DROP THE CONNECTION TUBES INTO THE MAIN TUBE! Complete disassembly will be required. Design could be better but again it works for the price. Do not be like me and think you can get this thing together without review suggested hardware (4x #10 x 1-1/4 stainless screws and matching nuts -- get stainless or you'll be sorry down the line)

Well built and solid - but one big flaw: The planter boxes simply slide together with tabs along the four box sides. Without any hardware to bolt the boxes together, it's a cumbersome, floppy mess. Easy fix: Get four stainless steel #10x1-1/4 machine screws (hex or allen head) and use them in the predrilled holes. It's an utter mystery that these aren't provided nor are there instructions to add them.
