Disappointed. Missed the part that it was only a spinner and did not come with a base to put in the ground.

The windmill did not come with a stake, I had to order one for additional $18.99 , the windmill very seldom spin, it was a money wasted. It’s pretty, but don’t spin. I am disappointed.

This is the second one of these spinners you have sent me. It does not have a stake. I can not use it with out a stake therefore I am returning this product. Please refund my money. Thank You
