Does not rotate in the Corpus Christi winds at all. Yes it is pretty, but without any rotating it's just a metal stake in the yard.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the colors are a bit more vibrant than the online photo. I’m putting it in a spot that receives a lot of sunshine so that is an important quality.
