When I unwrapped the package, I noticed the brackets that attach to the table were defective in that no holes had been drilled to attach the legs to the table. I called customer service six weeks ago, the same day that I received the table. The Agent said he would put in a replacement parts order for me ASAP. I actually received a confirmation email and a note next to the product (under my order history) that replacement parts had been ordered. Well, after a few weeks, I started a chat with a Customer Service Rep. who swore to me that the parts were on their way to my house and I should receive them by the end of June. BUT, he was unable to supply me with an actual tracking number, which I thought was very ODD. Well, here it is 4 weeks later and still NOTHING. No tracking number. I believe the agent lied to me just to pacify me with a scripted response. Wayfair sells junk and then lies to the customers. Never again. That was my last ever purchase from Wayfair!

Nice side table. Looks just as pictured. Glass top was about an eighth of an inch short, but not too noticeable.
