What a nightmare this order has become...I really wish there was an option for no stars or negative stars. The ordering process went very well and we had our table delivered (to an Island in Maine with only ferry service). the next day. Number 1 issue, the description of the item said it came fully assembled which it did not. 2. The table was in a rather flimsy box with nothing on the box about there being anything fragile inside. 3. One of the four panes of glass was completely shattered. I immediately got in touch with customer service and the rep was very good, professional and took me through the steps to upload a picture of the dsmage to him. He then ordered a new panel so we proceeded to put the table together, discarding all the packing materials. During the process of putting the table together we come to #4-2 of the welds on the table frame are not done properly-one is so sharp it is dangerous. I uploaded pictures to the customer service rep to show him and never heard anything back from him. #5-Yesterday I got an email from some other company with an entirely different item description telling me they do NOT have the replacement panel and if I wanted a refund I would need to unassemble the table and package it so FedEx could come to pick the table up. When I explained via email that I am on an Island in Maine with only ferry service-no FedEx pickup, and all the packing materials were discarded, they replied with the same information as the first email. DO NOT USE WAYFAIR, DO NOT ORDER THIS TABLE ****UPDATED INFORMATION. IN FULL DISCLOSURE, I WAS CONTACTED BY ASHLEY IN WAYFAIR'S EXECUTIVE SERVICE TEAM AND ALL MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS WERE ADDRESSED AND WE CAME TO AN AGREEABLE SOLUTION. I THANK ASHLEY FOR HER WILLINGNESS TO WORK WITH ME ON THE ISSUE.

I received the table in great condition. I was surprised that description of the table top was a grey but in actuality it has a tan finish. It is attractive. It feels a little less sturdy than I thought - but a good table for the price

Table came wrapped with plenty of protection. Was easy to build and looks great
