The machine is too tall and a bit heavy. If they can reduce the height of the extension pole it will be more manageable.

From a Senior point of view. 1) Instructions were confusing and the pictures were too small and dark 2) Difficult to assemble 3)The product is heavy 4) The product is hard to push in light snow 5) The product cleans good enough. But my standards aren't that high 6) Leaks fuel if not oriented upright 7) Difficult to change tools (Snow Blower, Trimmer) 8) Started easy
