The order arrived in 4 boxes and the directions are very thorough. Looking forward to installing over the next two weeks.

Shipping was prompt. All pieces are there. Haven’t tried to assemble it yet. Instructions are detailed and have lots of tips to make the structure sound

Update: It does leak and the screws are already rusting. Down to 1 star. This review starts off as a 5 star situation, before installing the roof. If you have any questions, large or small, email them at: support @ sylviera DOT com The entire design/build seemed created by a computer, no human had any hand in writing these instructions or building the structure. I recommend printing the instructions on Wayfair and using them along side the ones that come in the box. They are designed in a very different way and can be really helpful in clearing up small misunderstandings. In the end, the install was disappointing. We used levels, straight angels, measuring tape, etc. before anchoring the base. Nevertheless, the roof was a complete disaster, nothing fit together. We had to drill our own pilot holes and the braces are all crooked. There are pieces in the very first few steps that are crucial for later bracing alignment (looking at you A10) and be sure to watch the window installation video a few times, otherwise you'll be taking the whole thing apart right at the end. Side window can be installed on either side, big regret. If you use any kind of caulk on the wall panels during installation, there will be a ton of condensations in them. Forever. If using, apply on the bottom only and use natural cure caulk. The roof on the other hand did need caulk especially at the very top where Z7 sits. Perhaps "glue" (as recommended in the instructions) would have been a better alternative, but a non-flexible one. Plus side: - So far, there haven't been any leaks. - The unit is sturdy once fully assembled. This is NOT a one person job, especially with any kind of light breeze. Needs: - Screens on the windows and door. - Better center door lock/slide for barn door top, it doesn't function/open. The door is also not secured and pops off the hinges if accidentally lifted. - Hook areas for lattice/plant support in the unit. Other practical matters: if you need any kind of power inside the greenhouse (fans/lights/dehumidifiers) - you'll need to drill holes or dig a trench later on. Solar lights charge well inside but are crooked due to the roof mounts.

Quality looks good, spent 3 full days assembling mostly on my own with a little assistance here & there - instructions so-so, missing a little info here & there, extrapolation necessary, good extra parts/bolts however, would give it a difficulty level of 9 on a scale of 1 to 10 - no way the final bracing pieces were gong to match the holes so I had to just use extra driver screws to install them.
