Liked that the umbrella stand was heavy and kept the umbrella secure when it was breezy. Was very disappointed that the wheels rusted with in 3 months leaving rust marks on my deck. Why no stainless steel hardware

I noticed my umbrella moving around and looked down from my lounge chair to find this base was cracked in half! Then the umbrella fell on me before I could get up and grab it. Nothing happened to it and there was no sign that this had happened as I had just moved it over to where I wanted it and sat down to relax. Manufacturer says this is out of stock now and they want me to return the 2 pieces that total 55 pounds! So I went 4th of July weekend without an umbrella base and still no response on a replacement or if I have to find packing material and lug this broken base to a UPS store. Not happy.
