We fully set it up for the first time this morning and air was escaping from somewhere we couldn’t pinpoint. The back inflates, but it didn’t travel to the front. Tried troubleshooting for 4 hours in the sun. Even tried spraying water all over it with the hose to see if the leak or tear would bubble. Jokes on us because we didn’t think about how it will bubble everywhere along the seams from air escaping… because it’s a bounce house. Kids were disappointed. We were disappointed. Originally 1000 and we purchased it on sale for 550. Contacted Wayfair and they only offered a partial refund of 100 unless we returned a completely soaked bounce house and spend additional money to purchase a box large enough for it. We asked if we could just get refunded for the bounce house part and we will donate this one and let the organization know it’s leaking from somewhere because the blower is fine, they said nope! Why is there no better protection for consumers that receive a defective product that can’t be used without purchasing insurance etc., AND most importantly - who do they think we are trying to return a box to a delivery company that will be dripping wet and soaked through Wayfair representative said it’s okay to return it wet. It’s not just wet, it’s SOAKED and heavy as heck because of it. Crazy! Now we’re out over 400 and stuck with a bounce house we can’t even use until we figure out where the air is escaping from to patch. It looks like a fun time for children… but it’s our first and last time purchasing from Wayfair.

Bigger than expected. Great for ages 2-12! Small toddlers will need close supervision in the deeper pool and tunnel but it’s truly the best inflatable water park I’ve found for a wide age range. The sports games are a fun extra!

This is bigger than we thought, we use it for the kids ALL the time!
