I’m giving this umbrella stand five stars I love the fact that it has wheels and can be moved from place to place with ease. The base is approximately 20 inches wide and 17 high. It is simple to assemble. It is coated in resin and weighs approximately 45 pounds. we liked this umbrella stand we bought a second one!
