Beyond thrilled to have a home sauna. This only took us approximately 30 minutes to completely assemble (2 people are definitely needed to hold things in place.) the wood itself smells beautiful. The Bluetooth speakers are incredibly clear and it’s wonderful to be able to sit and listen to an audio book. The sauna itself took about 20 minutes to reach 145 degrees. The timer function works nicely. I will say that the temperature drops very quickly if you open the door. Overall it has been a great addition to our home gym area. Aalso! If you are tall, this may be a bit of a tight squeeze. It’s smaller inside than anticipated but overall it is perfect for my husband and I.
