What about paperwork for free replacement every 5 years ? Have not saw anything on paper or digital for proof of eligibility

I had easily over 1000 hours on my old Z-Grill smoker and was ready for an upgrade. This is what having multiple generations of R&D gets you. This new one is great....plus some!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been really happy with the Z Grills 700D4E so far. I wanted something that would let me do more smoking without turning every cook into a full-day project, and it’s done exactly that. The biggest thing for me is consistency. Once it gets up to temp, it mostly just stays there. I’ve done salmon, chicken thighs, duck, and a reverse-seared bison striploin on it already and everything has come out great. The app/WiFi stuff is actually more useful than I expected too. Being able to keep an eye on temps while working on other things in the kitchen. It also feels more versatile than I expected. I originally bought it mainly for smoking, but I’ve ended up using it more like an outdoor oven that also happens to add smoke flavor. We even plan on using it as a second oven during holidays and family gatherings. A few things I’ve noticed: - Uses pellets pretty efficiently - Easy startup/shutdown - Produces good smoke flavor without babysitting - Plenty of room without being obnoxiously huge Only real downside is that pellet grills still don’t sear like charcoal, but that’s not really why I bought it. Reverse searing fixes most of that anyway. Overall it feels like a really solid middle ground between convenience and actually making good food. I’ve enjoyed cooking with it, and my kids have enjoyed cooking on it with me.
