I have really enjoyed this grill. I wish I had got from Z Grill and got in on their promotion. Some things I wish I knew more about pellet grills before I got this but I do like it. I might be getting another one in the near future with the advance systems.

Brand new out of the box and completely defective. Went to turn it on to season it, hits 350 degrees and shuts down with an E1 error code which is reflective of the temp sensor. Troubleshoot the problem, try to plug all the wires in tight and make sure it’s connected properly. Still doesn’t work. Literally this happened on the first use and am already having to contact Wayfair and Zgrill. I read this was an issue with some units but decided that Zgrill had fixed the problem. Clearly they haven’t. I have a $450 brick that doesn’t work at this point. Never was even able to cook food.

Pellet grill smoker box was heavy, I would recommend a team lift. There are two sets of instructions, use the instructions that’s included in the manual it is more detailed than the set of directions that’s only on one page. I’ve watched many videos on this grill. It’s winter in Minnesota right now, I’m excited to put the grill to use when summer comes.

One of the best decisions I made to get this smoker. Honestly an amazing addition to the house and is a very quality piece. Great for the kids and family and can virtually cook anything with this. Love it.
