This is a very large 12x12 canopy with a wheeled bag. I missed the fact that it came with a wheeled bag and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. The setup is easy and my only two criticisms are the placement of the Velcro straps on the frame, and the size of the bag. The straps end up looped directly over the hinges on every single one (see photos) so make them loose when you’re setting up the canopy. The bag it comes with barely fits this larger canopy and there is zero extra room if you want to add on the side walls later. I’ll probably get a larger bag. Otherwise, it was easy to push up and fully extend by myself so it was definitely as advertised!

This thing is massive! It does take 2 people to put together. It is such great quality and seems like it will last for a long time. It comes with the sandbags, poles to tie it down, and a storage case. Definitely a great canopy!
