This was the best bird bath I could find for what I need. I'm feeding the birds near our pool fence where vines and ornamental grass arch over the ground. The birds aren't using the regular bird bath, as we have some stray cats who've taken up residence on our patio and around the birdbath/hostas/boxwood near the house. This standing birdbath works just fine. I stuck it in the ground right inside the vines hanging over the fence. My only negative is that the bowl is very small and without much of an edge for the birds to stand on. Otherwise, it fills the bill.. Susan. Saint Louis, MO. Tue May 19 2026
