The hose reel came very well packaged . The reel itself is very well-made, and is beautiful stainless steel. Unfortunately, I was unable to hook it up to my outdoor faucet because the attachment hose was too short for my need. So I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I may send it back or ask for a larger hose as you can see it's not going to work. The reel will be too close to the ground to put the hose on. Not sure why they give such a short piece to attach the faucet. Thye are making a lot of assumptions on where an averge outdoor faucet is placed from the ground.. Wayne. Fri Sep 25 2026
