Never Received the 13.75 lantern, even though I was charged for it. I have currently spent 4 days trying to get someone at Customer Service to answer the phone , I am currently on hold for 120 mins. I tried the call back, no call back. If they had a haven’t received option on there web site, I wouldn’t have to deal with this. The lantern I did Receive is battery powered not solar and completely plastic. I haven’t assembled it yet, because when I realized the other lantern wasn’t in the box, I have trying to get my refund.
