The actual umbrella was not as advertised. It was a total fiasco to the point where the manufacturer said the box was mismarked and then the contents were mismarked! The only Wayfair customer service rep was the only one that got things correct (Wayfair lucky to have her). The rest from Wayfair is a HUGE disappointment. They did change the description from receiving the umbrella with the Octobella (from Italy) umbrella material to now "acrylic". It was their mistake!! No confirmation my return was received (sent back 12/18). Wayfair right now still shows they did not receive as of this date, 1/18/2024!! Have to spend more time finding out if I received my refund. If not...will dispute with credit card company. These umbrellas are not what they claim to be!!. Woofs Mom. Central Fl. Thu Jan 18 2024
