Will never do business with Wayfair or Angie’s list again I thought I was buying a premium service to come out and install the pergola professionally upon installing the pergola immediately it started leaking water when it rained I notified the individuals that came out. They informed me that the product was cheap and vulnerable to leaking. when I made Angie’s list aware of this, they told me they would send someone else out to take a look after a week. No one showed up called again to find out that my appointment was pushed out because nobody picked up the order with no notice to me at all so I missed another day of work for this fiasco. This is no way to treat a paying customer and I will continue to share this story with anyone who wants to do business with anyone of these companies.. Eric. IL. Mon May 18 2026
