Bought 4 of these in white, and 4 in terrazzo-white for a commercial project. All excellently packaged. There were a few lightly chipped areas on the white ones, but I kept them because they are exactly what I wanted for the space. (Of note, the white ones came with touch-up paint; not yet needed.)
The terrazzo ones were decent if you weren't really looking, but they were really ragged in places, and they have lots of pits/dimples where the mastic had air bubbles. The mfg attempted to patch some of these areas with filler, but the filler was whiter than the mastic, so it really shows up. I kept the 2 best-looking ones, and retuned the other 2.
