It was fairly easy to assemble (I did have to look over the directions a few times because they weren't fully making sense to me) and has been holding up well. I think this would be a neat thing to have in a teen's room for storage.

When fully assembled using the assembly instructions, this thing can come apart fairly easily, as the top can come off but the look is really cute. I placed that in my son’s room it complement the look but still not durable as it’s parts come easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Believe it or not, I decided to do a shadow locker, as opposed to a shadow box to keep all of my little one's keepsakes for her. Because I want her to be able to move her keepsakes wherever she goes, I decided to settle for a single tier, shorter one as opposed to a very long one that I easily found on the web. I never thought they would be so expensive on the market, but I was very happy to have found a much more affordable version- This AdirOffice one in a single tier. I purchased a shadow box for her and since I quickly ran out of space, I figured this would be the best option. To be honest, I haven't' had the time to complete the project yet by putting in her keepsakes in a journal, documenting them, then nicely storing them, but I do intend on doing so within the next few months as a bit of time clears up from my schedule. After building this locker though, I know this would be perfect for it my intended project though. KEYS: Unlike the expensive counterparts, this brand offered great affordability for the same function of lockers. It comes with two keys which would be amazing for my project idea- I intent to gift her one while holding onto the other one for making additions as her keepsakes increase in number throughout the years. If she decides to use it as a locker, the keys would be perfect for the expected level of privacy as well. GREAT DESIGN: The locker is generally off-white and the door has a very cool accent color which is vibrant and "happy". I opted for the purple one and love it! The door also has vented slots which let in air. For me this was a must to make sure that my lifelong keepsake journey does not result in spoiled items decades from now. NAME TAG: If you happen to have more than one child or you intend on using multiple lockers for different purposes, there is a name/label tag slot which enables you to label the desired lock. When my second is born, I intend on putting each of their names on each in caligraphy or some other cool print. SUPER LIGHT: The locker is durable but also very lightweight. Being heavily pregnant, I am still able to carry the locker without straining my back- that is, on empty mode altogether. RUBBER GRIPS ON BOTTOM: The locker has rubber grips on the bottom which make it perfect to be housed on a shelf for me without having the risk of falling or scratching the shelving unit. ASSEMBLY: It was quite intuitive to assemble though I would recommend using a rubber mallet during the process. That way you can prevent scratches and dents and give yourself the chance to assemble all pieces perfectly into place. I also do recommend putting in the bottom piece AFTER putting in the back panel as opposed to it being the first step. Overall, I am super ecstatic over my use of this as an unconventional shadow box/ keepsake box!

I bought it for my daughters bedroom, so she could have a safe place for her things. it was really easy to put together and just the right size for the bedroom. the quality seems really good, I am really happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a metal locker which will hold up over time. It looks nice, but as it comes, it would not be the best at security. When fully assembled using the assembly instructions, this thing can come apart fairly easily, as the top can come off. This can be fixed by using a metal adheisive or some other securing means. But overall- it looks nice and would be good to put a backpack in, or other school supplies. It's a thin steel- not thick, so it is light weight, which can be good if you're looking to move it around.
