Great Flag Pole. This replaced our aluminum one and what a difference. This is heavy so hopefully the high winds wont bother it. Flag pole itself is 5 stars. However this company needs better packaging. Its a heavy package and the cardboard rips and parts fall out. They did replace them. Highly recommend this pole.

Great flag pole at a good price, it's nice that it includes the flag & everything you need!

Seems to be solid got the 16 foot i just set the ground post so waiting to erect it just ordered a top flag post light for it

Package had been opened and pieces missing . It was taped back shut. Not happy that now I have to wait for parts hopefully.

This is one great flagpole. It's really stainless steel and it's heavy duty. I have the 20 footer. The flag itself is not the greatest quality but okay for a starter. The hardest part of the whole pole lifting was the hole digging and doing the concrete work and doing it correctly which is a must because this flagpole is heavy. You really need two, maybe 3 people and ladders to upright into the base. I had a problem with the top pulley piece being too loose after the tightening screw was secure. It wobbled. I was able to fix it. I contacted customer service and they took care of me right away. I'm happy with my purchase.
