This is my first Cricut machine, I purchased the Explore 5. I’ve enjoyed making a few items for family members and friends. Love how they included so many items in the bundles for you to hit the ground running with making crafts. Love the precision in of the Cricut and consistency. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to try and create personalized art designs.

I had issues connecting via Bluetooth, and they changed the pen style!! I have invested a fair chunk of change into the official Cricut pens for my Air2, and they not only have changed the style, but also have no created an adaptor to use.

I don’t understand why you had to change the size of the pens. I have so many of your pens that I use in my Maker. I use them a lot and this change is very frustrating to me.

Hi there, when we got this machine, it was our first in the industry, so we had our share of ups and downs. The cutting was amazing, and the precision blades, the setup was a bit hard, I had some issues when the software did not complete and spent an hour setting it up, but still great!! The machine is very fast and versatile. The materials that came with it were high quality and great for our first cuts! We did end up pursuing another account.
