Have been using a 5 gal. dispenser type for about a year and a half at out martial arts academy. Looking forward to a lot less hassle from refills and cups each week by installing this little guy. Relatively easy to install as long as you have some do-it-yourself in your blood. Looks great and the bottle filling station really completed the look! I would give it a 5 star rating as it’s the same model most of the local schools use so it has to be durable.
