i bought this a few months back, long overdue in needing a replacement self-healing cutting mat. the size is great, it fits perfectly on my table and so far, when i've used it, has been self-healing, just like it needed to be. i've only used the one side so far, with the brighter white lines. i've had it on my table since it arrived this past april. my only reason for the four stars instead of five stars is that when i went to finally put it away recently, for a short period of time, i noticed a cut in the corner of the mat. it appears to have been there since i received it, but wasn't immediately noticeable between taking it out of the package and sliding it onto the table. but it was when i took it off the table to put it away. this is probably why a self-healing mat this size was such a great deal. i will probably put tape over the edge so it doesn't get worse and just intentionally not use/work on that corner of the mat going forward and handle it more carefully when putting it away and taking it out. i just wish i knew it was a defective mat from the start, i find its easier to get ones head around something like that if you know what you're getting from the start instead of having to pivot to accept it, after the fact.

Great cutting mat it was a surprise to see it was reversible. It will make cutting of my quilt prices easier
