We ordered, and received, a vertical mount changing station, not a horizontal station as titled for this review. The mounting holes align perfectly with 16" spacing of wall studs, so it is sturdily in place. The EZ Mount Backer plate that was supposed to have been included was not there; it is awkward to hold the unit in place while open, in order to insert screws. It was a disappointment to receive it in grey, rather than white as described. The changing surface does not lower a full 90 degrees, so there is a slight incline at the foot end. Design would be improved with shelf or dispenser for baby wipes. Delivery was a speedy two days. It will serve its purpose fine, and we are pleased to offer changing station in church washroom.
