I love the quality of this item. But I did overlook the fact that the chairs must be placed side by side, which doesn't allow a lot of elbow room. I would prefer that the chairs could have the option of being placed on either end of the table, but a straight bar is there which prevents your legs from going underneath. Otherwise its a great set!
