Holy cow. These were so reasonably priced for clinic chairs that can be sanitized and can tolerate a very heavy person or an elderly person who may need arms to help themselves up. No assembly required. The plastic bumpers on each leg that are meant to keep them from scratching each other when stacked were broken - just a few of them had snapped off in transit. We have no plans to stack them so we don't care.

item was GREAT . took off a star for Customer service. Price went down by $150 less than a week later after purchase. Could have returned the whole thing and reordered and even with shipping fee, still would have saved. No help from customer service. Just a NO, we don't do credits. Was going to use the credit to buy another set but the rep was not really interested in hearing me out
