[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4 year old son and I had so much fun together playing with Gears! Gears! Gears! Machines in Motion. This toy was really fun to build together, and my son played with it for hours! The instructions were somewhat easier than similar building sets we have played with in the past. I love that there are several machines to build with the set, and the instructions showed additional assembly instructions available online. We will definitely look at those the next time we play. I would absolutely recommend this set to any one looking to engage in some quality hands on learning with any child.

So impressed with this, it has provided hours of fun for my boys, and they have asked for more so they can add and build to their creations. It does need an adult in the beginning to show how it works and how it all connects, but they learnt quickly and once shown they were able to continue play on their own. It is educational, fun and interactive.

We love Learning Resources selection of pre-school interactive STEM toys! The 'gear set' allows for several designs to be built that are accompanied by excellent instructions. The product is a stimulating way for grandparents to cultivate the minds of their young grandchildren.

I was trying to assemble tracks from small red pieces but they keep falling apart. Can't figure out how to make the pieces stick together. The manual doesn't explain how to do that.

I bough this for my 5y old nephew and he loved it , we've done 2 out of 3 combination the evening he received it.

We bought this for our 5 year grandson for his birthday, his 3 1/2 year old sister also loves it. Will have to buy some more,

Great for a 5 year old and should provide entertainment for a few years as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy for this gift for my 5 year old grandson's birthday. I bought it because of the "tracks" for machinery. It came so quickly!

My 5 year-old son has really enjoyed following the included instructions in the set, along with building his own machines. We also purchased the 60 piece starter building set just so he would have extra pieces to build what he wanted.
