I purchased the Sorting Surprise Picnic Baskets as a gift for my niece who loves miniature everything. I loved how adorable this set was but with the added benefit of being educational, so I felt really good about giving it as a gift. The tiny picnic baskets are all numbered - 1-10 - so it helps kids build early math skills like counting. The tiny foods are so colorful and fun, my niece likes to match them by color and sort them into their matching basket. We also had fun talking about the different foods, what letter they started with, whether she liked to eat those foods, and so on. I have a feeling this toy will last a long time because there are so many imaginative ways to play with it. The activity guide is also adorably designed to double as a little picnic blanket! I love the little details that went into this toy.
